Question Will you guys help me tune my fuel controller?

Hey, I own a Apexi S-AFC and im going to be hitting the dyno soon and gonna test my a/f ratio and all. What i was wondering is if you guys would be able to help me tune my fuel controller with the sheet i get from the dyno run. I mean it costs 75 to tune the controller so i figured id save my money and just post here and have you guys tell me where to tweak. I would also need some help with the unit itself cuz i know nothing about setting it. Lemmie know, im prob gonna go this comming week.
Thanks.

Youll want to do runs as you tune to fine tune the map. So just tell them you want to book a full hour for back to back runs and youll tune it yourself. Will probably only be like 50$/hr if they dont have to do anything.

Go to the dyno. Don't ever trust anyone elses settings on your car. Every car is different and you have no proof that the settings anyone gives you are safe for their car, let alone yours. It will cost you a lot more than $75 if improper tuning causes engine damage. This is not an area that can be skimped on. Unless you just need to compensate for bigger injectors until you get to the dyno (you don't mention having them), just leave all the setting at zero.

I think the question that should be asked is "what is the ideal AF ratio for a NA with the following mods: "

Ok so you guys are recmomending tunning it while doing the dyno runs? So I pretty much have to spend the money to get it done right is that what you guys are saying? I thought it would be simple enough to get the readings, look at the chart, adjust where needed and bam done. No?...

Yes, but if YOU are asking this question, pay someone else to do it. Its just not worth risking your engine over, bud.

well i could have swore that i saw countless of ppl in here goin "Just got back from the Dyno!" And you guys where like ok bla bla bla is too rich at this rpm, you should adjust it "____" or bla bla bla is to lean, adjust at "_____".
I dunno i guess it would be better to have these guys tune it but im kinda worried about putting my car in some monkeys hands and maybe him not knowing a lot about it. I just dont want my car ruined i dont like other ppl adjusting and doing **** on it... Thanks guys im gonna think it over.

I'll repeat what I just said:

hey u live in boston i can c, if u want i can have my friend who knows alot about tuning do it for you.
he might do it for free if u dont make him drive far.
we go to this one that we usually go to, i forget where it is. but hes really good at it and knows what hes doing.
hes tuned t2s as well so dont worry about that.
let me know if u want him to do it, ill ask him and see what he says. you will be very happy if he does it trust me, u dont want to buy a new engine, cuz like you said a monkey doing it.
