I have a friend that sells to me a walbro 255lph fuel pump from an S4 turboII. Will this fit in my S5 turboII?

yes, it will fit, but u will have to use your (S5) pump bracket

actually you might find european S4 and S5 fuel tanks/pumps/brackets are identical, then u don`t need to swap brackets and swap whole assembly

US fuel tanks are 63 L (S4) and 70 L (S5) which means different lenght of brackets.
EU fuel tanks on turbo are all 70L ( both S4 and S5 ) which means same brackets

 

Higgi, the pump is from a US S4. What do I have to do, so it will fit in my car?

remove pump from that US bracket and install it to your bracket.
