Will these tires and wheels fit?

I have a 1988 turbo II and wonder if these wheels will fit.

17x8 +35 with 235 40 17 front

17x9 +25 with a 255 40 17 rear

I want the maximum tire and wheel I can get under the car but not rub. I do not have the fenders rolled yet but will be renting a eastwood fender roller to give some extra room. Thanks

Those will fit fine, probably won't even require any fender massaging.

They will fit fine. Rears will need a roll if you run 0 camber (no pull necessary).

Are you on stock suspension? On a stock 8" wide with a +30 on a 225 wheel I was just clearing factory strut and rubbed sway bar at full lock.

You could have rubbing issues on the front springs. I had 225s on an 8" wide +38 offset front wheel and the stock springs were rubbing badly enough to cut shallow grooves into the inner sidewalls. I think the springs in the S4 TII/Sport/GTU "hard" suspension are slightly larger diameter than the base springs, because this same wheel/tire combo fit without issues on my S5 GTU.
