I don't see why those wouldn't work, but quality of them is a different question that I don't know the answer to.
As for mounting. I mounted mine in a 3 gauge panel above the cd player (which is also the bracket for the cd player). I just took a recent pic on my camera phone so excuse the poor quality, but here.

they would probably work fine but the quality is an issue, especially pay close attention to how the oil pressure line is as i'm sure it is a mechanical guage and a poor quality hose or connections could net you a blown motor if you don't check your guages often and it has a failure leaking your oil all over the interstate.
you get what you pay for.

i cant mount mine above the radio as i have a crossover there already where else can i put these and these gauges u buy to u just undo your stock ones on the engine and your new ones go in there or what
Mount em wherever you want, there's lots of options.
No you can't just unhook the stock sender for the stock gauges and hook it to those, you have to hook them up to new sensors or run the mechanical lines if that is the case.

I would never use a mechanical gauge for monitoring any types of fluids especially not some cheap ebay stuff. Try checking out www.summitracing.com They have some stuff I would trust.
www.egauges.com has some good brands too.
