Will these fit my car??
Call me a noob if you want, but I've had some bad experiences with Ebay and ordering the wrong parts. (ya, I'm dumb.) Well, I was just wondering if either of these will fit and which I should get....

I don't know which would be better.
Please help fast, the auction ends tonight!!!

I'm not sure.
I just found them on ebay and was looking to buy.
I know the gabs already have springs on them and I don't know what kind or how low they are.

Buying used shocks is a VERY risky proposition. Who's to say that you're not buying worn out, used up crap? If you want new shocks that are adjusteable then some KYB AGX's should be good, they're also pretty cheap. I do beleive they're the same as the GAB's, but will be new, with a warranty so are guaranteed to work.

Don't waste your money.
Used shocks is always a gamble.
Save your money.
Work harder and a little bit longer, and get some new shocks.
Tokico HP's are under $300 shipped to your door.

thanks guys.
I was just looking to buy some sprinigs and shocks. I figured I might as well get them while they were there and being as cheap as they were and all...
buuttt I didn't get them. I'll just buy brand new ones later... maybe next paycheck...
thanks again guys for the input.

Unless you're serious about autocrossing, track driving or something like that, then coilovers aren't needed.
For most people some better shocks and some lowering, performance springs are more than enough. Coilovers are very stiff comparted to stock and will give a ride harshness penalty and are just a waste of money for most owners. Besides, how often will you really adjust them? Probably never.

Why are you people suggesting something that costs that much???
Did you click the links the OP posted?
They don't even break $300 for christsake!
How useful is $3000 or even $800 suspension parts gonna be helpful in this case???
IMNSHO, that Megan stuff is CRAP.
I doubt they bought some A'PEXi molds either, cause no Japan company would do that - which means they STOLE it if the Megan design is similar to the A'PEXi stuff.

I've got the Ground Control setup, 440# in front, 300# in back, with Tokico Illumina's, and I'm thrilled. But don't go over any big bumps in the road!
On the other hand, with stock suspension, I've got base Tokico's on my Capri with stock springs, and Tokico Blues on the Neon with a 2" drop. All ride wonderful. What doesn't ride wonderful is 350# springs on the Tokico Blues!
For stock springs, you won't notice much difference between the high end and low end struts, Tokico Blues, KYB GR2 will give you a bit of performance, but nothing earth shattering. But a nice ride and a firm feel is enough, right?
