if you can get it for 25 bucks or even a little better I think it would be worth it - that is if your interested in shortening your shift throws.

It will fit by the looks of the kit. I would search in here for Miata short shifter if you want to explore another route

Anyone else smell a "too good to be true" auction?
Just seems odd that most of these go for well over $100, but yet you can potentially snag this one for less than $50? Seller has really good feedback though -- and has sold a few of these too.

Hmm. Let us know how it goes if you pick one up.

Yes - it will fit. Hope you can get it for that.

If not:
I used a Miata short shift. Do a search in this forum for "Miata short shifter"

get one for a 91-98 mazda miata... there exactly the same as the shortshifters for the rx-7, but since there are alot of miata's out there... there cheaper, like 25-40$. they fit with no modifications. i have a miata shorshifter for my 86 rx7 and it works great
