Yes, it works.
You need to be able to adjust the ring to pinion contact patch.
If you have no idea what that is, take it to a drivetrain shop that can do this for you.

It'll fit either turbo.
It's a Torsen.
LSD's don't have ratios.

It bolts right in.
Don't be fooled though - with any LSD install, the ring and pinion has to be set correctly, and this isn't a job for a newbie.
If you don't set it right, you're going to end up destroying the entire differential.
