will a S5 TII TPS work on a S5 N/A? I know the bracket is different but is the resistance the same?

Yes, the sensors are the same, if you can swap brackets without screwing them up (or their alignment) you'll be okay.

if the alignment was bad would it cause a check engine light or the car to run really bad?
heres the deal. i bought the car and it was pulling a code for Wide Band and Narrow Band TPS. i switched to the TII sensor and it is still pulling the same code. any ideas? could i have another bad sensor?

You can verify the sensor with a digital multimeter. Did you clear the codes after swapping? (remove battery cable, press brake pedal for 10 seconds, hook it back up) ?

its the same tps just the bracket may be different. i know that the tps on a s4 na and t2 are the same, but not to sure on the bracket of the s5. good question though
