I'm getting a jspec motor, and was just curious if a s5 motor would go in my 88' turbo II?

yes. Just make sure you have everyrthing else you need to run teh s5 motor, ie: wiring harness, dash harness, ecu, maf... It will bolt right up to your tranny too, you just have to use an s5 flywheel/clutch/pp.

i believe its easier to use the s5 short block and transfer the S4 harness, injectors, etc over..
