Rpeck, I don't see why not. Physically, the dimensions of both interiors are the same. And as far as I know, the rails are identical. I think you're ok.

I hope they are the same .. I am going to buy a spare set of used ones, so I can send mine off to be recovered.

im pretty sure any seats from any year will all be interchangable, the bolt pattern on the floor is the same as far as i know. the vert might be different but thats not a concern here. i swaped 89 s5 seats into my 87 with no problems at all.

Yeah they are the same because I bought S5 GTU seats and it fit my S4 fine. I don't know about the passenger side yet since its not installed yet. I will find out this weekend though.
