Will S4 brake lines fit S5

Deleting ABS and I have a friend with 3 S4 non abs parts cars... Wondering if I can steal the hard lines and master cylinder setup from one of his S4s and put it on my S5 T2 instead of making my own hard lines.

Thanks.

Yeah. I bought the car with a leaking ABS pump, and Im not paying over a grand for a new one (actually I think its closer to 2K). It rusted out all over the bay and Ive already sanded down and primed... time for the simpler non-abs system.

Yes, you can.
The passenger side (the long one, naturally) is surprisingly difficult to weasel in and out of a complete engine bay, so have fun with that.

I just went through the same thing last year. Leaky pumps are quite common on FCs and I have the rust to prove it. If you're using parts from other cars, make sure the hardlines are clear of any debris before you install them.

Here is the link to my ABS pump removal with pics thread. I did some other work to the car while I was removing the system and converting to non-ABS, but hopefully the relevant parts help you in your project.
