will this revive my AC?

ok, so i suspect that my AC just needs a charge, i am having my mechanic pull a vaccuum on the system, then i am going to charge the system up with some freeze12 and freeze12 oil i ordered. Will this work? Will i screw anything up?

as long as there's no other problems and you/they fill it correctly you'll be good

Freeze12 is mostly a R134a that has conventional R12 oils and in it, so it will mix just fine with a regular R12.

You may find however that you need to run slightly less than a full using Freeze 12; as it tends to be much more efficent in a R12 or R134 system.

If you start getting a rubbing like noise in the air conditioner body in the car when the compressor cycles on, then have him relieve a little of the Freeze12.
