Will not turn over

Will not turn over

My car wont turn over, the battery is good, but the starter motor doesn't seem to be engaging, counting on that nothing is broken, what could be the problem? what has to be connected for my car to turn over and run?
need some ideas guys,

We need more info. What does and doesnt work in your car (dash lights, headlights, turn signals, etc)

if your getting a good 11.5-12 volts from the battery when the ignition is on and you try cranking it, it could DEF. be the starter. if not it could even be the main relay. 'black one' in the main fuse box.

well you could always try to jump the starter to the solenoid with a screwdriver to see even if you are getting power down there.

If it doesnt turn, either you dont have power down there and assuming that you have power to the dash and everything else in the car, it has to do with the circuit from the clutch pedal to the starter like the neutral safety switch. It could also be that your starter is fried and its time to replace it.
