It will not run right

Ok I bought this car a week ago from a friend. He just did a tune up on it 2 weeks before he gave it to me. It was running good not a problem. And i was going down the road with my cruz on. I turned it off with my foot. And out of no where it started running bad. So my problem is 1. shooting flames out the tail pipes, 2. It will not stay running, i have to keep the rpm's high to not let it stal. 3. It does not have that much power at all. 4. Very hard to start 5. missing out very bad. I am new with rotary motors so i do not have a clue.

My upgrades to it a stage 2 clutch, cold air intake, and A B&M short shifter.
