Searched for this but have more specific questions. They say a Na s5 harness can be modified to run a t2 engine, but will it function all emission components on usdm s5 t2?

Will it function: Avs valve. That is my main concern. Does s5 Na even have a Avs valve?
I need a fully functional usdm s5 t2 emission setup. Currently I have a jdm harness which I added the wires for the 2nd acv solenoid, Avs and acv solenoid, but I remember one wire which I can comment on later is different. Supposed to be black wire but jdm harness has brown.

I will buy a s5 Na harness to modify if it will function all s5 t2 emission components, mainly being the Avs.

Already know what wires to repin. Any help with modifying jdm harness to fully function is appreciated

 

Not sure what AVS valve is.

 

Sorry asv. Air supply valve. Bolts onto back of upper intake manifold on t2. Allows air into manifold when using power steering at idle or using air conditioning. I'm not sure n/a has it.

 

if you look at the pin outs for the US S5 T2 and NA, they are identical except for two pins, the NA has VDI and the 6PI, and the turbo has a knock sensor and boost control, other than that the two harnii are the same.

the boost sensor is even a solenoid, so the difference is just the connector shape.
