for the price of a Borla System,I would go a little More and get the Racing Beat.
heavy duty construction of the Racing Beat exhaust,it will outlast the Borla system.maybe your whole car!
I know,I had the Borla On my car,and I put a header on..sounded like a Freaked out BEE!.Now I got an Racing beat and I have gone through a couple cars.Still got the exhaust though!
You can get any Competent Exhaust shop to make Catalytics Fit..you provided NO size info.

I've got the exact same setup on my MX6. Just match the flanges, and the diameters...order the proper measurement to match your header or precat piping.

While the consensus is that the Racing Beat is the quietest (and possibly best made) exhaust for the FC, the Borla is no slouch in terms of build quality. I had one on my '90 GTU from 1998-2007 when I removed the exhaust to part the car out. The car had rusted around the exhaust with holes in the floors and frame rails from too many salty winters. The exhaust, to my surprise, looked pretty much like brand new. When I bought mine in 1998, the Racing Beat exhaust had not yet switched to stainless steel muffler canisters like it is now, making the all-stainless Borla the smart choice for the rust belt.

Agreed however that it is not quiet. Decent sound, but tended to emphasize the 3100 RPM drone that the rotary seems to have.

No idea though about whether the Magnaflow cat will bolt right up. Depends on the length of the Magnaflow. I'm guessing it is designed to replace only the main cat on the FC. While you're at it, you probably want to get rid of the pre-cats as well. I used a Bonez PowerFlo and that fit perfectly and comes with a pipe that eliminates the pre-cats; later I switched to a Random Technology cat and had a custom pre-cat eliminator downpipe made at a muffler shop.
