where do you plan on mounting it? are you going to put it all the way in the front and remove the bumper support? do you plan on tilting your radiator back? going v mount or h mount? There is this amzing thing called a tape measure as well. Also some tape and cardboard works wonders for seeing what fits

With a custom application you need to check-fit your particular application with a tape measure and a cardboard mock-up. Don't forget to plan for piping.

It looks like an NPR intercooler search here or on http://www.teamfc3s.com/forum for fabbing tips.

There is a bunch of info on it. People have used alot of NPR intercoolers on this forum and other forums.

If you're coming to the DFW meet this next weekend, send me a PM. I've got an intercooler off of a Starion you can have for a decent price. There should be writeups on this site for using the starion I/C.

No. Not to wide, most people on this forum use the huge 24" ebay cores and manage to make them fit properly.

Search this site and Teamfc3s, you'll be surpsied how many people have done it, there is even a write up on Team.
