will an FD radiator fit in an FC??

My friend is giving me his old radiator, and I was curious if it would fit in my car? Or would it even be worth it? I'm sure the FD radiator would be more efficient considering it's 8 years newer than mine and I'd put the E-fans on it as well.

Has anyone done the conversion before? or think it would work without much hassle? I know me and my Dad could make it work if there are no HUGE reasons as to why it wouldn't.

Thanks- Chris

You could make it fit. But I really doubt there is any benefit to it (radiator technology hasnt changed really). Youd probably have to fab up some mounts and spend a while looking for rad hoses.

Yeah the fd rad has the lower radiator opening in the middle so you will have to find a long hose and it possibly might not work because of the bend it will have to make. -Gabe

Don't bother. I think the TII radiator is much bigger than the FD radiator anyway.
