Will a after market Fuel pressure Regulator run the motor leaner?

will less pressure at the inectors= less fuel in the chamber? because i am looking for a cheap way to save gas,! the motor is stock and im not going to run it hard so i am wondering how much i could get away with!

That would be a bad idea. You don't tune an engine with a FPR, you tune it with a fuel controller or standalone ECU.

Why do you want to use less fuel? Is it using more that it should or more than it used to? If so, then you have a problem somewhere and need to find the cause and fix it. If it's running fine and you just want to spend less on fuel, you should consider more economical car.
