Wierd start up idle problem.

I just replaced my PD and took the manifold off about 3 days ago. It has been running fine until tonight.

Every time I start the car it runs REALLY REALLY rough and shakes the whole car and will die if I don't tap the gas.

The weird part is that after I go to about 3k under load it will idle perfectly!

I'm guessing a vacuum hose messed up but why would it run perfect after going to about 3k? It acts like it's running on one rotor then the ohter kicks in instantly and it gets power after that.

Any ideas?

bump.
I'm going to check for coolant in the housings but I doubt it's that.

I'm guessing maybe a start up vac hose or maybe the TB is sticking

crap looks like a coolant seal.
It's putting out a little bit of white smoke.

Looks like I'm gonna do the block weld fix.

Damn I have bad luck. The second FC to have a coolant seal fail in 2 months!!
