Hey i just recently got my car back from the insurance place. about 6 days after i got it i started having a weird idle. when i started the car cold after letting it sit overnight. It would surge up as usual but only to about 2300 then slow settles to 1300 - 1500, after like 2 minutes of driving the idle goes back down to 750.

When i start the car cold after letting it sit for at least an hour, it starts normally, up to 3000 a few seconds then down to 750.

Is this an issue?

No worries man, its the Accelerated Warm Up. It's doing what's its designed to do.....especially if you are all the way north in BC.
