wierd highway shimmy

When I make a slight right turn while going down the highway doing 100+ km/hr my car develops a decent shake in the wheel and I can't seem to pinpoint the issue

Checked:
Ball joints + tie rods and wheel bearings, seems tight

New struts, nothing changed before or after
Just rebalanced the wheels
New rotors + brakes

Any input is appreciated. Thanks

Most likely a bad ball joint.
I could swear my ball joints were good and I had the same symptom you did.
I did everything,bearings,spindle replacement,rotor swap..etc.
Finally I just put the car Up,took the wheels off and put a crow bar at the spindle, joint area to find the bad joint.
It was Tooooooast!
