Wideband / Fuel Problem???

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HoYuEji3nk4

Not sure what is going on here, any insight would be greatly appreciated. Fuel pressure is steady but something is happening fuel related. Yes i know my compression is low, its a rebuilt motor on old housings, but aside from that what is wrong? The injectors are hooked up right, could it be that one of the injectors is clogged?
