Why wouldn't the front fuel injectors be working?

The 87 T2 that I'm working on will run on the rear rotor fine, but the front rotor isn't firing.
Now i already checked compression and it's fine, there is lots of ignition getting to both rotors, but no fuel to the front.
Could it be the ECU or what is it that controls the injectors? The wiring seems to be fine and isn't cracked or broken.

Thanks Joe
