Smile "why the hell wont it start" check list

Well i am in the process of finishing a "why the hell wont it start" check list. right now i am replacing harnesses that were old and heat rotted/broken connectors. I've set my ignition timing, fixed grounds, sent my injectors off to be cleaned, and need to replace 1 hose that i know has a crack in it. any other things i should check?

Well sounds like you got all 3 thing u need to make it run Air/Fuel/Spark so it should but you might need more work if it does not check compression and the easy check is remove your spark plugs and crack it and u should be able to hear it puff

You have to buy a compression checker and remove it's check valve (if it has one). Jam it into the 2 leading (lowest) spark plug holes for a proper reading. Do not remove the trailing (top) plugs (obviously). Be certain that you have a fully charged battery before you check. It's also not a bad idea to unplug your coils when performing this test.

You should see 3 even bounces of at least 80psi (bare minimum imo) for the car to start and run properly.
