why does my car keep blowing out all the coolant?

why does my car keep blowing out all the coolant?

I am at work so I have tryed anything yet. but I went on my lunch break and then the car overheated. It blows all the coolant out and then overheat it just stared doing this. anyone have this problem I know I need to replace the cap.

this is getting expensive cuz I am running evens coolant.

Sounds like what had happening. I replaced the thermostat cap, rad cap and the o-ring that goes between the plastic thing that the thermostat cap screws on to and the thermostat housing.

thats what I figured thanks for your help I just pray it's not the o-rings. my car wouldn't blow white smoke if you know what I meen

it was my ******* rad cap that did it after i blew a coolant hose.

I think Evans uses a non pressure cap. Did you swap yours out?

that was a houge problem when I had the none pressure cap and it was a hot day as soon as the motor wormed up it all went out the over flow. so I put the pressure cap back on. it never got above half way unless there was no coolant left. and now I have a blown o ring becuase the last guy that owned it had dexcool in it. It's all good though I need to port it anyway. I am so lazy this is the only way it would have got done. lol
