Because you need authorization to start a GROUP BUY which you did NOT have any Authority to do.
That Parts Retailer is not a Vendor here and you are not authorized to sell for them.

So,thread DELETED as it Violated the Rules of this Club.

NO..you are trying to establish a Group Buy in a section where it is not allowed.

You are trying to create a Buyers List for a Parts manufacturer that MUST pay to sell on this Forum.
GET IT?.it is against the Rules.
You agreed to Follow them when you registered so IF you do not choose to follow them and TRY to make your own up,then I can FIX THAT..Very quickly.

This is not going to turn into a Pissing match..Kindly find an alternative way to get your parts without involving any Money by other members OR Contact your Parts Provider to ask them that they register as a Vendor.
Then you can get THEM to create a Group buy as they would be Selling the Parts.

SO ..AGAIN..this Issue is CLOSED..and so is THIS THREAD.
