First off, learn to type...j/kThe smoke at start up is somewhat normal on older engines. is it really white or is there any hint of blue, also what does it smell like.Sweet? or like a dirt bike?

Do you still have a BAC on your car. If not that is why it won't idle until warm.

Why does your car overheat. Where is it on the guage? is their coolant in the car.

If you are continually low on coolant and also have white smoke, there may be a coolant leak.

Well, I might as well try-Get a compression test so we take an educated guess on engine condition. The engine could be tired out and waiting to be rebuilt.
