why???
I finally got my engine running!!!
after trying everything, and still not getting a spark, I tried to start the engine with the AFM unplugged. it started right up, and actually ran untill i tried reconnecting the AFM? WTF??
isn't the car supposed to die after like 2 seconds with no airflow meter attached?
so then i changed the AFM, and it ran perfect, except the timing is screwed up. why would a bad AFM cause no spark?
also, my radio started working when I changed the AFM? is this normal?

yes im sure. I did the spark test, and there was no spark (with all 4 plugs in). unless no fuel can cause no spark? also, why would this make the radio not work?

Afm's don't cause spark/not cause spark. The afm would have cut the fuel pump circuit if the plug was off. If you were using a timing lite to see spark, its possible that the flooding was so severe that they would not spark.
Something I found out last week. I can pull the fuel pump plug off on my wife's 86 with the car running, and I can keep the engine running for several minutes. Never woulda thought that could happen.
Bottom line....your car was severely flooded.
