i'm pretty sure that doesn't "belong" to anyone on the forum. i've been seeing that pic floating around for about 4 years now. pretty sweet though...i guess maybe its hard to tell...but its probably right hand drive in japan.

the kit is made by run racing and is THE best recessed headlight kit in my opinion. It maintains & enhances the OEM round nose but adds good looking recessed lights.
There is a Japanes website, but you can't read the text.
