My car has 92,000 miles and does not leak a single drop. I've had the car about a year and have put about 7,000 miles on it and it has not leaked or consumed any oil whatsoever (knock on wood).

Mine leaks a bit of brake fluid I think, and a little bit of oil but not much, currently got the car off the road with cardboard underneath and gonna match spots with leaks if any major ones. Think all cars leak a bit of something from somewhere unless totally new (even then they start leaking pretty quick)

Almost 3 year and never leaked a thing. No oil, water, or fluids of any kind. That is with 150k on the original engine. That is ONE of the reasons I love my car so much.

Most of the time that type of leak is between the aluminum adapter that the oil filter screws onto and the mount on the side housing.
There are two 10mm nuts that screw on from the bottom. pull off the oil filter and have a new one nearby to replace it later.
Because you have to lean over and since you can't see the nuts it is easier to break the nuts loose and take them off the rest of the way by hand. Replace the o-rings and bolt it back on.
A lot of people do not know that the oil filter fixture bolts to the housing because you really can't tell from the top and from the bottom you have the heater hose in the way.
From this picture you will see where where the nuts are located to remove it.
I hope that helps you.

My car leaks oil from everywhere, just finished putting it together. Oily crap leaking out of my straight 3inch exhaust, oily smoke coming out back. Oil slicks on the ground, oil all around the oil pan, oil leaking from the turbo, onto the turbo, coolant leakin gon the turbo. Arghh! And my map sensor is shot!

Mine leaks just a tiny bit, I think from the oil pan.. I expect it's from the baffle plate and extra gasket required, but I'm too lazy to drop the pan for just a tiny bit of oil..

More concerning is the output seal on the transmission, it seems to be leaking a bit as well..

Does it leak oil? No. Does it seep? Yes, some around the turbo, and a little seepage around the oil pan.

I'd fix that if I were you. I killed two trannies due to lack of oil this summer.

mine leaks a little. Looses about 1 quart every few months (that's including the oil injection). That reminds me, I need to change it....
