well.... $400 shipped AUS is what i was looking at I guess...

the headlight cover and lip are reasonably priced though...

well make sure we get some info, i would love a lightweight lexan moonroof with stock mounts so it is functional but $200-300 is overpriced for a bent piece of plastic, the materials only cost 1/4 of that so if there is a group buy i think they could sell a decent amount of them if they keep it around the $150 range.

I've pretty much ditched the idea of lexan... I have a friend at a glass shop that I'm going to be using... I'll get a glass piece made. Glass is much more abrasion resistant than lexan, and is also cheaper to have custom made/bent. If I were to do acrylic (which I might end up doing if the glass doesn't come through) I'll go with something a little tougher than lexan. lexan kinda sucks.

if you don't have a garage and drive your car daily then yeah lexan is not very preferrable. to some of us who want the weight savings along with the functionality of a moonroof/sunroof and don't drive the car daily it isn't a big issue.
