no its not... that body kit is so overplayed that im surprised people still have it

but there is a similar type of wing, though i forget who makes it. check takakaira.com and browse the mazda aero kits. i believe corksport.com can get it for you though as well.

R-Magic is one of the bigger companies that makes Wangan spoilers, there's a couple others but a lot of times they are more or less R-Magic knockoffs.
