who makes these parts

a friend was lookign at some of the pics on my computer and wanted to know hwo makes a few of the things. the first is the guage cluster that fit over the stock idiot lights in the dash. the pic i had was one done on cad and in carbon fiber the other was a custom upper intake manifold. it was made out of aluminum and used a single blade mustang (i think) trrottle bodyi remember it was in a maroon looking car and had a purple BOV (can't remember which one) woounted rigth to the bottom of the throttle body. if anyone knows who makes these please let me know. thanks
