ebay mufflers are generally all the same, depending on what kind you want, www.jegs.com has some good turbo mufflers made by dynomax/thrush, i got one for 18 bucks it sounds awesome, looks not so awesome, but does the job

But the real question is why would you want that ebay crap. Why not go with good quality exaust system like RB, Apexi, Jic, Corksport etc. etc. etc.
Upgrading your exaust system is one of the best mods to do for our cars so why go with crap. You should invest some money into it to get a whole lot better results.

It isn't like the CS exhaust is expensive. I assume you are at least doing a cat-back system, so you would still have to pay for piping on top of the crappy muffler.

Take it from someone who went this route! It came to about $400 after everthing was done...(this was for duals of course)...A single catback system will run you about this and up!

these ads say so little about what the mufflers are packed with. i know we need steel mesh, so i was just curious about which ones are descent. RB is the way to go no doubt but a bit pricey for me now

I heard most of those generic eBay mufflers fail pretty early due to a rotary's high exhaust temp heat.

I will take "Which E-Bay Muffler is good" for 1,000,000 alex!

Is the answer NONE....
Y yes it is jreynish,

You are the grand all time winner of $1,000,000!!!!

No but seriousl most of them aren't a good desing and would most likely burn up not only under rotary heat but any turbocharged engines heat!

You totally suck at jeopardy.

The format would be:
Alex: These are all crap.
Jreynish: What are ebay mufflers?

Get it right or don't even try.

I baught two N1 knockoff's for about 50 each and they burned up and were pretty much useless after a month... that is why I just went with sock mufflers with quick release at the y so it is wide open when i am at the track... and I don't attract as much attention from the cops now!

scathcart; thank you for the valuable lesson in Jeapordy next time I am in bc we will have to discuss it further when i ring mats neck!
