who makes the ht-15-b turbo? Is it bigger or smaller then the stock s4 turbo?

That's a Hitachi turbo of the same family Mazda uses on all it's rotaries. I think that's the 20B's secondary turbo, but my memory's a bit vague on that. The number is a clue to the size, the higher the number the bigger the turbo. So that turbo is smaller than the HT18 fitted to FC's.
