Cool Who here got Ground Control coilovers?

I was thinking of buying these and wondering if they LOWER the car enough, to the SLAMMED position? How's the range of lowering...can you go from 1" to 3" type thing? How's the ride quality too? IF you got a pic of your car with it, that'd be sweet too!

I got'em. I can raise my car to about stock position, to about 2" drop. Trust me, you don't want to go lower than 2"'s. Sorry, don't got any pics here, I do at home though. I'll try to post them tommorow.

GC gives you the choice of spring rates and spring heighth. I have the 6" springs. My spring rates are in my sig. They work great. Probably too stiff for most people though. I auto-x my car, and when I drive on the road, I drive like I'm auto-x'ing.

I got em, and I would recommend them to anyone. They will lower the car just about as low as you want it in the rear and the front will come down about as far as you should go. When you order them, they will probably ask you how do you want to go? So if you really want to slam it then tell them. because the fronts on mine will only adjust like one inch. But the back will adjust like 3 inches. They are a damn good bargain and great quality too. And if you need to change a strut, you can do it in like 10 minutes with common tools. All in all the coil-overs made the ride quality better if you ask me. The increased spring rate helps in the turns but on the staight it is smooth. I also have some other suspension mods but the coil-overs were first so I can make a good judgement. I also baught the front end lowering kit just to save some suspension travel. Right now my car sits with the top of the front tire maybe 1/8 inch under the fender lip and the back tire is maybe 1/2 inch under the lip; just so the car leans forward a lil. I would suggest every suspension part I've baught so far; as every one has made a very noticable difference.

I have the kit. I got mine down .75" front and 1.25" rear. Tires are 205/55/16 front and 225/50/16 rear.

I had 375 lb front and 325 lb rear springs but, it was a little stiff for me. Now I have grandpa springs, 300 lb front and 200 lb rear.
