Can anyone refer me to a rebuilder that is good with a clutch type rear diff out of an 88 TII? Phone number(s)?

 

You may want to try posting in your regional section...if you are looking for a referal to a specific shop.

They are not special, there isnt any thing that is magic about them. Any shop that has a good repore or offers a decent warranty can do it. The kicker is that the parts are really expensive...or can be depending on what needs to be fixed. The FSM has a really good break down of it.

I would say take a stroll down the yellow pages...
