white smoke

hey today I tried to pass the smock check and the guy held the gas pedal at 4k for a while. White smoke then came out! It was the first time it happened so I'm not sure what's causing it. Is it bad seals?
My cats and exhaust are broken, could that cause that smoke?

Thanks.

Question. Since you WERE trying to pass the dreaded smog test, did you put any sort of addative in your tank?

99% of the time...

White = Coolant
Blue = Oil
Black = Gas

I didn't try to put anything, though I used MMO like a month ago.
It used to smoke black but now it's white.
I'll check my coolant level though.

thanks!
