while attempting TB mod.....

i stripped the bolts to the butterflies.. yep, leave it up to me. anyways i just left it alone until a later day and reinstalled it. now i also managed to strip the bolts to the vacumm thing or whatever the plates are hooked to. so my question is.. how do i go about getting these bolts. would it be safe enough to cut the head off the bolts to the butterflies and drill them out? and the same for the others.. im just looking for another opinion.

thanks.

Drill and tap. Its proven to work if you can do it right.

i stripped the screws that attach the plates to the bar ...

they are very pliable, which sucks ..

i just used a friends drill to drill thru the screws ... took like 10 mins ....

thats your best bet i would assume ...

I don't even try to unscrew those anymore. Needle nose vice grips and a drill will do the job faster then a screwdriver ever will.

The screws on the butter flys stick out a bit, I just took a vice grip to it. and twisted them off.
