I have a 1990 RX7 and I need to change my fuel filter. Where is it?

 

drivers side bottom of firewall, get under the car and look up at the drivers side and you will see it, you can't miss it.

 

You can also see it if you look straight down past your spark plugs. Good luck changing it, it can be a pain. Well... the changing it is no problem... the brackets holding it on can be the pain lol

 

He's correct while under the car follow the fuel line to the filter. There are many methods as to how to do this so check the archives first.
