I know crazy noob question right? in s13's its by the passengers right foot, but I cant find it in the fc. I know flame away.

same place. Its right against the firewall where the passengers feet go. u have to pull up the carpet and there should be a metal plate over it. i think they are 10mm nuts.

Yah, pull the carpet up and then remove the kick panel, it sits underneath that.
