Where is the starter?

Alright I turned my car off last night and then went out to go somewhere about 30 minutes later and the car wouldn't even turn over. I am pretty sure its the starter. It doesn't even go "click-click-click." I did have success push starting it though. Does this sound like a bad starter to you? Oh ya, and where is the starter at? Thanks.

It's located in Chapter 5 (Engine Electrical Systems).

BTW, before you start tearing everything apart and ordering new components, check to make sure that the battery cables are tightly attached to the terminals, and also clean the road grime off the connector from the inter-lock switch wire and see if that helps.

Your joking right?...just jack the car up and look underneath the car...it's right there next to the tranny.

Before you replace it though, check your battery voltage's/connections.

I can't believe that you asked where the starter is. You should spend the $15 and get a Haynes manual to keep yourself from looking like an ***.
