where should my idle be

Hey where should my idle be, under 1000 I lose it, and how do it adjust the TPS?

When you start out cold it should idle about 1500ish, then gradually settle down. At running temperature my car idles at a steady 800 RPM.

my engine idle at 750 and its rebuild with about 2,400 miles
