Where to shift lever assembly and reverse light and fifth gear switch

90 convertable. Any suggestiongs for these two parts? Shift lever assembly and reverse light and fith gear switch. Also, places to order parts from. The local car part places do not carry certain things.

For parts I would either hit the for sale parts section of this forum, but if you need new I would go to mazdatrix.com they have everything you will need usually

nevermind. The auto is a three speed.

If you're looking for JDM ones from a swap that's tough. My engine came with a 5-speed and the reverse switch was broken off. Atkins sold me one from his junk pile but it wasn't even close to being big enough. ended up fabing a switch using a push button switch I got at Frys and putty-style epoxy.

I'm betting with as much as you need you'll need a whole new tranny.

And I didnt hook up the 5th gear switch as per the a/t to 5-speed swap writeups.

if you have a non-functioning but physically intact 5th gear/reverse you can just open it up and clean it and it should work. i did this on the switch on my turbo trans and it now works fine

if a wire is broken off, is it possible to sodder it back on if i tear it apart?
