Where Is Rich/Lean (Idle Mixture) Screw Located?

Just curious where is this rich lean thing I have read about that is suppose to be on the passenger side somewhere? Ive searched for a picture but only finding people describing its location...having a hard time finding it.

What kind of 7? On my tII (87) it is located by the shock tower. Just follow the tube coming from the motor to the L/R. Just look straight down by the shock tower toward the front of the tower. right behind the air box cover!

Its on the passenger shock towar, its black and will probubly have some glue or something in it so you can't adjust it. You can break the stuff out though. Its only for idle, thats it.

s5's dont have the r/l screw. if its not idling right look for a vaccum leak or play with the screw on top of the tb.

That may not have anything to do with a funky idle. Listen for vacum leaks near the fire wall on the passenger side.

If it stalls with the A/C you have a bad BAC.

yeah, adjust the screw on top of the TB while you're at it. it should be covered with a black rubber cap. loosen it to your desired idle.
