where to place jacks on subframe

i know this has been covered before, but im an idiot and cant find the right spots to jack up my car. Ive bent the frame a little so i know thats not good. What im told is to jack from the front under the subframe and put the jacks to either side of the subrame but inside the control arms. im a little confused. if someone could post a picture of this it would really help.

Don't have jackstands suporting the control arms. The subframe is a large piece of steel inbetween the control arms. Mount jackstands at the farthest end on each sides. Don't worry, you won't bend the metal, its really tough.
