Where to pick up a clean s5 motor?

As i posted last week, my motor is blown. I tore it down to see that i blew a seal in the front rotor. This was a stock 13bt that had never been touched had about 70k on it. neither of the two housings are reusable. I've been advised that i'd be better rebiulding an s5 block as opposed to getting a set of s4 housings. My only problem now is, what companies can I trust. There are quite a few importers out there, but i'm a little worried that i'll end up with a motor in the same shape as the one I already have and i cant afford to get a new motor only to tear it down and find it in the same or worse shape than the one i already have. Please lend a helping hand.

p.s. i also have a set of clean s4 turbo rotors if anyone needs em

most imported J-spec motors require rebuilding.

there ARE some decent ones (that could run, just not for long) out there, but 90% of the time you'll need to tear it down and freshen it up.
