Where is the o2 sensor located at?

its on the exhaust manifold (stock header), you should be able to see it, it looks like a shotgun shell with a wire coming out of the top/center of it...

Depends on if your car is turbo or not.

Turbo: Right behind the turbo in the downpipe

Non-Turbo: Right by the exhaust ports in the manifold.

Its either a silver or gold tube, with a wire coming out of the top.
