where to mount my wideband sensor??? exhaust heat killing it?!
i just got the AEM afr gauge with the wideband sensor! the manual is recommending to mount the sensor about 16inches away from the exhaust ports!!!
in my setup this is quite difficult, 'cause i have the sport catalizer right after the stock sensor. so i was going to mount my wideband between the turbo and the catalizer. but that is way to close to the ports according to the manual...
what should i do? mounting it after the catalizer would mean some wrong reading i think??!!

so a heatsink will do the job?? sounds weird, 'cause it will only protect the sensor from direct flaming from the turbo but after a few minutes the temps are going to rise anywhere in that area... how do all the other rotary guys with their widebands???
